Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement dated the 2nd day of March 1992 between Her Majesty the Queen, in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Housing and the Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to the operation of the Home Planning Advisory Service for April 1, 1992 to March 31, 1993.
