Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement dated 15 June 1992 between Her Majesty the Queen, in Right of Canada, as represented herein by the Minister of National Defence (hereinafter referred to as "The Minister") and the Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to Fire Protection Services.
