Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement dated 17 June 1992 between Her Majesty the Queen, in Right of the Province of Ontario, as represented by the Minister of Housing (hereinafter called the "Minister") and the Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to the operation of the North Bay Home Sharing program.
