Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement dated 20 July 1992 between Northern Communications and the Corporation of the City of North Bay to upgrade the PBX switchboard at City Hall, an additional switchboard for the Social Services Department and to replace the existing telephone system at the Public Works Office, Seymour Street.
