Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement dated 27 August 1992 between Her Majesty the Queen, in Right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Transport and the Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to the Joint Marketing and Promotion of the Jack Garland Airport.
