Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement dated 4 July 1994 between Northland Engineering (1987) Ltd. and the Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to consultant services on sanitary sewer services including replacement of the Gorman Street Pumping Station, replacement of a forcemain on Wallace Road and the construction of a sanitary sewer on Queen Street under the Canada - Ontario Infrastructure program.
