Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement dated 10 July 1995 between Canadian Pacific Ltd. and the corporation of the City of North Bay relating to allowing the public pedestrian crossings of the CP mainline and rail yard in North Bay during the 4 days of the Gateway Heritage Festival held by the City from August 4 to and including August 7, 1995.
