The Council of The City of North Bay will consider and, if approved, will pass and enact at its meeting to be held on Tuesday, April 9th, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at 200 McIntyre Street East, North Bay, Ontario, 2nd Floor Council Chambers a by-law to close:
That portion of the laneway located between 122 McIntyre Street East and 134 McIntyre Street East, in the block bound by McIntyre Street East, Ferguson Street, Worthington Street East and Wyld Street, designated as Part 1 on Plan 36R-15215, in the City of North Bay, in the Land Titles Division of Nipissing, is to be closed, stopped up and conveyed to the owners of the lands abutting the said laneway, as shown on the key map below.
The Council will, at the said meeting, hear any person, or their Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, who claims that their lands will be prejudicially affected by the by-law.
