Being a By-Law to Provide for the Improvement, Extension, Alteration and Enlargement of the Existing Sanitary Sewerage System on a Portion of Worthington and Sherbrooke Streets Within the Limits of the Town of North Bay, and to Provide for the Borrowing of Money Upon the Debentures of the Town of North Bay to Pay for Improving, Extending, Altering and Enlarging of Said Sewerage System, and to Authorize the Making of an Agreement for Temporary Advance to Meet the Cost Thereof
