  • Aged and Damaged Trees Removed On Memorial Drive
    The City of North Bay Parks Department has removed three willow trees along Memorial Drive at Regina Street. These trees had reached the end of their life span and had suffered significant damage during the recent wind storms. They became a safety risk with their proximity to the lakefront walking path. Suitable replacement trees will be planted in the spring of 2019.The interlocking brick pathway located in the same area along Memorial Drive is currently being straightened out where it was detoured around the willow trees. This work is expected to take place between the dates of October 17-26 (weather dependent).
  • Skate Park Seasonal Closure
    The Skate Park at Thomson Park will be CLOSED for the season on Wednesday October 24, 2018
  • Kate Pace Way Closure Oct 9th, 2018.
    Beginning Tuesday, October 9th, the Kate Pace Way from Cranberry Road to Decaire Road will be closed to the public due to rehabilitation works on the pathway. The pathway is expected to re-open to the public on Friday, October 12th, weather permitting.
  • John Street Reconstruction Road Closures
    The City of North Bay would like to inform the public about an upcoming traffic disruption along Worthington Street and John Street.
  • KATE PACE WAY SECTION CLOSED FOR RESURFACING
    A section of the Kate Pace Way, from Monk Street – Stanley Street along Memorial Drive will be closed from Tuesday September 25 – Thursday September 27, 2018 (weather dependent)
