  • A-04-19 - 654 Commercial Street
    A Minor Variance application has been submitted by Miller & Urso Surveying Inc. on behalf of Patricia Marshall seeking relief from Zoning By-law 2015-30, Section 4.13.1 to reduce the minimum number of on-site parking spaces for a fourplex from 5 to 4, and to vary Table 5B to reduce the minimum required lot area per dwelling unit from 171sq.m. to 118.5sq.m. for the purpose of legalizing an existing fourplex located at 654 Commercial Street.
  • B-06-19 - 1551 Cassells Street
    A Consent to sever application has been submitted by Miller & Urso Surveying Inc. on behalf of Antonino Delfino and Giuseppe Delfino, requesting to sever the rear portion of the property located at 1551 Cassells Street, for the purpose of transferring to 271 Chippewa Street West.
  • B-05-19 - Veronica Drive
    A Consent to sever application has been submitted by Miller & Urso Surveying Inc. on behalf of Domenic & Catarina Fruci, requesting to sever a portion of their vacant property on Veronica Drive for the purpose of a lot addition to be added to 73 Eglee Avenue.
  • B-04-19 & concurrent A-03-19 - 281 & 475 Wallace Road
    A Consent to sever application has been submitted by Miller & Urso Surveying Inc. on behalf of 2662530 Ontario Limited requesting to sever the two existing buildings located at 281 & 475 Wallace Road from the remainder of their holdings for the purpose of creating 2 new industrial lots having frontage on Wallace Road. A concurrent Minor Variance application (A-03-19) has been filed with this Consent to Sever application. This is an amendment to the initial application circulated last week. A Minor Variance application has been submitted by Miller & Urso Surveying Inc. on behalf of 2662530 Ontario Limited seeking relief from Zoning By-law 2015-30, Table 7C to reduce the Minimum Side Yard Setback for Proposed Lot 1 from 4.5m to 4m and to vary Section 3.15 to permit the covered entrance to encroach 1.65m into the 4m side yard setback, and to reduce the Minimum Rear Yard Setback for Proposed Lot 2 from 12m to 1.68m to recognize existing structures on both proposed lots located at 281 & 475 Wallace Road. This application has been filed concurrently with Consent to Sever File B-04-19.
  • A-01-19 Amended - 2021 Algonquin Avenue
    An amended Minor Variance application has been re-submitted by Miller & Urso Surveying Inc. on behalf of Centre Ice Developments Inc. seeking relief from Zoning By-law 2015-30 as follows: 1) Table 6C to reduce the Min. Rear Yard Setback from 7m to 5.8m; 2) Table 6C to reduce the Min. Side Yard Setback from 7m to 0.1m; 3) Section 4.0.2 to reduce the min. number of stacked vehicle spaces within a drive-thru land from 10 to 4 (remaining 6 will be accommodated on adjacent leased lands); 4) Section 4.13.1 to reduce the min. number of required on-site parking spaces from 45 to 15 (remaining parking spaces will be accommodated on adjacent leased lands)
