Being a By-Law to provide for taking the votes of the electors on a proposed By-Law entitled, "A By-Law for entering into a contract with Joannie Fraser Ferguson for the purchase of certain lands and premises in the Town of North Bay for Park purposes and for borrowing the sum of $25,000.00 for payment thereof."
