Being a By-Law to Repeal By-Law 1925-743 and in lieu thereof to provide for the borrowing of $435,000.00 upon Debentures to pay for the Construction of Bitulithic Pavement son Certain Streets within the Corporate Limits of the Town of North Bay as described in Schedule (1) hereinafter written.
