Being a By-Law to provide for the taking of the votes of the electors on a proposed By-Law entitled "A By-Law to construct a bridge and street from the intersection of Main and Golf Street to Stanley Street thence across Chippewa Creek to a point on Kennedy Avenue one thousand seven hundred and fifty feet west of Judge Avenue thence easterly along Kennedy Avenue to Judge Avenue in the City of North Bay".
