Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain grant of easement dated February 15, 1968 between Ontario Northland Transportation Commission and the Corporation of the City of North Bay, for the Construction, installation and maintenance of a 16" water main on part of lot no. 40, con. 18 of the township of West Ferris now in the City of North Bay.
