Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain construction contract dated the 3rd day of April 1968, between Boulanger & Tremblay construction and supply limited of the first part and the Municipal Corporation of the City of North Bay of the second part, being know as project No. 67042 covering additions and alterations to the North Bay civic hospital in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by John B. Parking & Associates, architects.
