Being a by-law authorizing the Corporation of the City of North Bay to enter into that certain agreement dated the 30th day of September, 1968 between John Petrakos and the municipal Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to the contribution by John Petrakos for the support of his niece, Georgian Petrakos also know as Gina Petrakos, who is now in the temporary custody of the Children's Aid Society.
