Being a by-law authorizing the Corporation of the City of North Bay to enter into that certain agreement dated the 7th day of November, 1968, between the Corporation of the City of North Bay and G.A.P. construction company limited relating to the construction and installation of storm sewers as set forth in sections A and C of the form of tender attached to and forming part of the said agreement
