Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 21st day of August, 1970 between Elizabeth Alcorn of the City of North Bay and The Corporation of the City of North Bay pertaining to an encroachment of the building situate on that portion of Lot 92 on the west side of Premier Road as shown on Registered Plan No. M-206 for the City of North Bay.
