Being a by-law passed pursuant to the provisions of the Local Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1960, Chapter 223, Section 8, declaring it is desirable that the construction of a 24 foot gravel roadway with three foot shoulders as described in Schedule "A" to this by-law should be undertaken as a local improvement.
