Being a by-law authorizing The Corporation of the City of North Bay to enter into that certain agreement dated the 22nd day of March, 1971 between Ontario Housing Corporation, Party of the First Part, and The Corporation of the City of North Bay, Party of the Second Part, and Central Mortgage and Housing Corporation, Party of the Third Part.
