Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 29th day of July, 1971 between Joseph Roland Rocheleau of the City of North Bay and The Corporation of the City of North Bay pertaining to an encroachment of the building situate on that portion of Lot 140 on the west side of Queen Street as shown on Registered Plan No. 80 for the City of North Bay.
