Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 20th day of September, 1971 between Canadian National Railway Company and The Corporation of the City of North Bay pertaining to construction and maintenance of certain underground services at Nipissing Street railway crossing in the City of North Bay.
