Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 13th day of December, 1971 between The Corporation of the City of North Bay, Gap Construction Limited and United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company relating to the construction of a watermain on Premier Road in the City of North Bay.
