Being a by-law passed pursuant to the provisions of the Local Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 255, Section 8, declaring it is desirable that the construction of concrete sidewalks, as described in schedule "A" to this by-law, should be undertaken as a local improvement.
