Being a by-law to appoint a Board to manage and control community centres established under the Community Centres Act R.S.O. 1970, C. 73 and being a by-law to establish a Recreation Committee pursuant to the Department of Education Act R.S.O. 1970, C. 111 and to appoint members of the Recreation Committee.
