Being a by-law to authorize the execution of that certain agreement dated the 7th day of January, 1974 between The Corporation of the City of North Bay and Proctor & Redfern Limited for engineering services relating to trunk water and sanitary sewer services for the Fricker-Wallace area of the escarpment.
