Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 28th day of January, 1974 between The Corporation of the City of North Bay of the First Part, Her Majesty the Queen represented in the Right of the province of Ontario by the Minister of Health for the province of Ontario of the Second Part and the North Bay Hospital Commission of the Third Part.
