Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 7th day of January, 1974 between The Corporation of the City of North Bay and West Ferris Ladies Recreation Committee relating to the operation of the snack bar facilities in the West Ferris Community Centre in the City of North Bay.
