Being a by-law authorizing The Corporation of the City of North Bay to enter into that certain Memorandum of Agreement dated the 4th day of September, 1975 between The Corporation of the City of North Bay and Joseph Claudio and Sandra Claudio relating to use of land and premises in the City of North Bay.
