Being a by-law passed pursuant to the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1970, c. 284 as amended to stop up a portion of a certain lane in the City of North Bay in the District of Nipissing and to authorize the conveyance thereof to the abutting owners provided that an easement by the said Corporation of the City of North Bay to cover existing municipal services.
