Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement dated the 29th day of December, 1975 between the Canadian National Railway Company and The Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to a Pipe Crossing Agreement at mileage 62.09 of the Alderdale subdivision (Jane & Durril Streets).
