Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain assignment of agreement dated the 25th day of May, 1976 between Jean-Marie St. Gelais and The Corporation of the City of North Bay to Econo Disposal Systems Limited relating to the collection, removal and disposal of garbage in the City of North Bay.
