Being a by-law authorizing the installation of a sewer connection from the existing sewer main to the east half of Lot 1, Block A, as shown on Plan 27 for the City of North Bay registered in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of the District of Nipissing, situate in the City of North Bay and known as Municipal No. 682 McIntyre Street East, North Bay, Ontario at the expense of the owners of such property.
