Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 3rd day of August, 1976 between The Corporation of the City of North Bay and Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of Canada represented by the Minister of National Defence for Canada relating to the installation and operation of a siren on city-owned land.
