Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 30th day of August, 1976 between Canadian Pacific Railway Company and The Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to the installation of a sanitary sewer along C.P.R. property from Ninth Street to Regina Street.
