Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 19th day of August, 1976 between The Corporation of the City of North Bay of the First Part, Her Majesty the Queen represented herein by the Minister of Health for the province of Ontario of the Second Part and the North Bay Hospital Commission of the Third Part relating to medical gases for the North Bay Civic Hospital.
