Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain Supplementary Agreement dated the 29th day of November, 1976 betweet Perut Construction Ltd. and The Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to the development of certain lands in the City of North Bay to be known as Riddle Street subdivision.
