Being a by-law to authorize the execution of that certain agreement dated May 31, 1991 between the Corporation of the City of North Bay, Armand Duguay, Dierdra Duguay, Melvin O'Bright, Joan Beverley O'Bright and John Louis relating to the Carruthers Street Walkway.
