Being a by-law to authoirze the execution of an encroachment agreement dated the 3rd day of February 1992 between Maurice Girard, as executor of the Estate of Lauretta Lucenti and the Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to an encroachment at 430 Kehoe Street.
