Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement dated 2nd of May 1994, between Proctor & Redfern Ltd. and the Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to watermain and sanitary services on Lakeshore Drive and watermain service on Airport Road and Beattie Street.
