Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement dated 29 August 1994 between the Governing Council of the Salvation Army in Canada on behalf of the Service Provider, being the Salvation Army North Bay Corps (hereinafter referred to as the "Salvation Army") and the corporation of the City of North Bay relating to the Piper Boardinghouse at 635 McIntyre Street East (hereinafter referred to as the "Boardinghouse") and other local establishments for a fee.
