Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement dated the 3rd day October 1994, between the Corporation of the City of North Bay and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Ontario, as represented by the Minster of Natural Resources relating to the Merrick Landfill Site.
