Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement dated 19 June 1995 between Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Ontario represented by the Minister of Transportation of the Province of Ontario hereinafter referred to as the "Ministry" and the Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to servicing Algonquin Avenue and Josephine Street.
