Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement dated the 4th day of August, 1995 between Nipissing University, the Board of Governors of the Canadore College of Applied Arts and Technology and the Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to the construction of a 2 storey building over an existing sewermain and watermain.
