Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement dated the 2nd day of August, 1995 between Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of the Province of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Transportation for the Province of Ontario and the Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to the Algonquin Avenue reconstruction.
