Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement dated 1 October 1995 between the Nipissing Band of Ojibways (a registered Indian Band under the laws of the Dominion of Canada, hereinafter referred to as the "Band") and the Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to Nipissing First Nation - Fire Protection.
