Being a By-Law to Authorize the use of Optical Scan Tabulators and Accessible Voting Equipment and Authorize Electors to use an Alternative Voting Method that does not require Electors to attend a Voting Place in order to Vote for Municipal and School Board Elections and to repeal By-Law 2000-82.
