Being a By-Law to Authorize the Execution of an Agreement between Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation and The Corporation of the City of North Bay, The Corporation of the Township of East Ferris, The Corporation of the Township of South Algonquin, The Corporation of the Township of Bonfield, The Corporation of the Township of Papineau-Cameron, The Corporation of the Township of Chisholm, The Corporation of the Township of Calvin, The Corporation of the Town of Mattawa, The Corporation of the Township of Mattawan (collectively the “Guarantors” and each, a “Guarantor”) relating to Guarantee and Postponement of Claims
